State Rolando Pablos joines ACCIONA to inaugurate 93 MW San Roman Wind Farm

State Rolando Pablos joined ACCIONA Energy,  to inaugurate the 93 MW San Roman Wind farm located in Cameron County. The farm is  equipped with 31 Aw125/3000 turbines with capacity of 721 MW.

Secretary Pablos said that they are proud to welcome ACCIONA and the San Roman Wind Farm to Cameron County. As one of Texas’ top foreign direct investors, Spain is a close friend, ally, and trade partner, and they are honoured to join them in celebrating the inauguration of this important renewable energy project, which will help power economic development in the border region and beyond. The success of the Rio Grande Valley is crucial to the success of the Texas economy, and he is confident that ACCIONA’s commitment to the local community will further strengthen the infrastructure of the region to support even more investment and job growth.
