Ardian partners Transatlantic Power Holdings to build Skyline Renewables in U.S

$67 billion world-leading private investment house, Ardian partners with Transatlantic Power Holdings to build a renwable platform namely Skyline Renewables that is base din the United States.

Skyline Renewables is acquired from Energy Systems Americas Development and is a Whirlwind wind project in Texas. Whirlwind Energy, a windfarm comprised of 26 turbines with a total capacity of 60 MW, located in Floyd county in the North-West of Texas. Skyline plans to focus on obtaining operating and development projects in the onshore  wind sector.
