Spruce Finance Closes $105.4MM Round of Debt Financing

Spruce Finance has closed a $105.4MM round of debt financing with Investec and Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) as the lead arrangers. The syndicated loan is financed against a Spruce portfolio of residential solar systems. Canadian Solar has secured GBP 49.3 million (US$62.8 million) non-recourse term loan facilities to refinance a portfolio of 10 solar power plants, with total capacity of 50 megawatts in the United Kingdom.
